Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will verify the item’s availability. Most items are confirmed within 48 hours of purchase. If an artwork is no longer available, you will be notified and refunded promptly.

Delivery Methods & Costs

  • Delivery is made to the address you specify at checkout during standard business hours.

  • Shipping and packaging costs are calculated based on the item’s dimensions, weight, and delivery destination, and will be displayed in your order summary before purchase.

  • You may be offered different carrier options (standard, expedited, etc.) – choose the one that best suits your needs.

Shipping Partners & Tracking

We work with reputable global carriers to ensure secure delivery.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided so you can monitor the progress of your delivery. You are responsible for any carrier-specific delivery procedures.

Receiving Your Artwork

Please inspect your artwork immediately upon receipt:

  • If the item arrives damaged, you must note any issues with the carrier and notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Keep all original packaging until the inspection is complete.

International Delivery & Duties

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery Issues

If delivery can’t be completed due to incorrect address details or failure to receive the package, you are responsible for contacting the carrier to resolve the situation. The carrier’s delivery schedules and procedures determine delivery windows.

Right of Withdrawal & Return

  • You have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery.*

  • To initiate a return, contact us with your order details, and we’ll guide you through the process.

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days following confirmation of withdrawal.

  • Return shipping costs may be refunded as part of the return, depending on your case.

  • Customized items are not eligible for return once produced and delivered.
